Exotic Automation and Supply is currently looking for a Retail Store/Warehouse Associate to join the team in a full-time capacity at our Noblesville, IN location.

This position is a hybrid role supporting both the Warehouse and our Retail Store. It is a great opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate the capability to influence positive change in an exciting, dynamic, and growing company while building a comprehensive knowledge of the business.

Position Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Monday – Friday

Essential Job Functions:

  • Receiving and locating product.
  • Pulling orders and manifesting to customers.
  • Assemble and crimp hoses for a diverse customer base.
  • Safety operates hand tools, power tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures.
  • Drive and operate hi-lo.
  • Willingness to make deliveries and operate trailer.
  • Greeting and servicing customers.
  • Continuously develops knowledge of products.
  • Processes all requests for quotes (RFQs) and follows up to ensure orders are booked.
  • Processes all returns according to RMA procedures (cash and credit).
  • Maintains inventory and performs all required cycle counting.
  • Maintains cash drawer and performs weekly cash deposit transactions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous work experience preferred.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Ability to use a computer for basic tasks.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Organizational skills required to prioritize, plan and coordinate work activities and resources in area of responsibility.
