General Summary:
Performs the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sr. Air Service Technician, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service in the field. Related activities include, but are not limited to, responding to customer service requests, troubleshooting technical Air Systems problems, identifying and implementing solutions, and providing leadership and training to Field Service Technicians. The Sr. Air Service Technician serves as a senior technical resource within the Air Systems team, applying advanced product knowledge to resolve complex issues, identify value-added opportunities, and ensure accurate and timely documentation of all service activity

Essential Job Functions:
Field Service & Technical Operations
- Responds to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring issues are addressed with urgency and care
- Troubleshoots technical Air Systems problems in the field; identifies root causes and implements effective, lasting solutions
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of Air Systems products, offerings, and available services to ensure accurate and effective customer support
- Identifies and recommends products and value-added services to customers to address current needs and support long-term account growth
- Continuously develops technical expertise and product knowledge to serve as a reliable resource for both customers and team members
- Provides hands-on leadership and training to Field Service Technicians, sharing technical knowledge and best practices to develop team capability
- Assists the Air Systems Supervisor in ensuring team members are performing service activities in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
- Completes all required service documentation accurately and generates monthly reports in a timely manner for review by the Air Systems Supervisor

- Performs other duties as assigned or requested
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- High School Diploma
- Previous technical Air Systems work experience
- Previous experience working with computers and software
- Valid chauffer’s license
