If you have customer service or operations support experience and enjoy keeping things moving, we would like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Project Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quotes and open orders by phone and email
  • Provide quote and order status updates to customers and the sales team
  • Learn our product lines and the full range of work our Air Systems team handles
  • Track project status and make sure tasks are completed on time

Order Processing & Systems

  • Enter and process orders, including customer information, EDI transactions, and pricing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues involving labor, materials, or pricing
  • Handle sourcing, order follow-up, returned goods, and nonconforming material processes

Vendor & Accounting Support

  • Expedite materials and follow up with vendors to keep customer orders on schedule
  • Work with Accounting to resolve invoice rejections, nonpayment issues, credit card orders, and account discrepancies

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service, retail, or operations support experience
  • Comfort working on a computer; experience with an ERP or business system is a plus
  • Strong phone and professional writing skills
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple orders and priorities at once
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to research issues to resolution
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Customer-first attitude and ability to work with different personalities
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice to Have

  • Experience with order entry, quoting, or expediting
  • Background in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a technical service environment
  • Familiarity with EDI transactions
  • Knowledge of compressed air or industrial equipment
